Newly installed pavers throughout the site have also provided members with a closer look at the transformation taking place as construction continues.

Beyond the Sports and Lifestyle Center, the club's South Course renovation continues to move forward. All holes across the course have progressed through demolition, construction and resodding, including Greenside and Fairway Bunker renovations, as part of a broader effort to enhance the Mediterra experience both on and off the course.

Together, these projects reflect The Club at Mediterra's continued commitment to thoughtful, long-term investment in the community it serves. Phase one of the Sports and Lifestyle Center remains on track for completion in summer 2027. Construction is led by BUILD, with design by David Corban Architects, interior design by HINT | Harris Interiors and landscape design by LJA Engineering.
